Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FollowSneak (the "Service"), operated at followsneak.base44.app. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

Your Account

You may create an account to access paid features. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for losses from compromised credentials.

Subscriptions and Credits

The Service offers a recurring subscription ("Unlimited Follower Tracking") and one-time search credits. Subscriptions are billed monthly until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from the account menu in the app; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period. One-time credits are non-refundable once used. All payments are processed by Stripe.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate others' rights.
• Attempt to access private accounts or data not made public by the account holder.
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute data from the Service without our permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's servers, APIs, or infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract source code.

Third-Party Data

The Service displays publicly available Instagram data obtained through third-party providers. We do not control Instagram or its content, and we are not affiliated with Instagram or Meta. Data may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. You use it at your own risk and must comply with Instagram's terms when acting on any information.

Intellectual Property

The Service's software, design, and branding are owned by FollowSneak. Public Instagram content remains the property of its respective owners. These Terms grant you no rights to our intellectual property except a limited license to use the Service as permitted here.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that search results will be accurate or complete.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FollowSneak and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the account menu. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any reason at our discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (liability, ownership, disclaimers) will remain in effect.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
